M.App Enterprise 2023 Update 4 Patch 1 (16.10.1)

This release solves three issues introduced in M.App Enterprise 2023 Update 4:
- A JAVA parameter for Luciad Fusion was deprecated when installing JAVA version later than 14.
- Workflow : SESSION.Map.MapSelection returns an error
- Updated WKT definitions for EPSG:26191, 26192, 26194, 26195
